In this episode of Columbia Omni Live, Mitch Cole interviews Cal McNeil, Associate Director of Program Strategies at the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA).

Cal McNeil oversees all supply chain and manufacturing programming including the Fashion Manufacturing Initiative (FMI), as well as the day-to-day operations of select sustainability resources at the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA), a not-for-profit organization dedicated to strengthening American fashion designers in the global economy.

He joined the CFDA in 2014 and prior to his supply chain work, he managed corporate partnerships and business development for the organization, fusing fashion with industries such as tech, sports, health and wellness, auto, and more.
